Japan’s Political Landscape in 2012 and Sino-Japanese Relations

For 20 years, China has been enjoying a development period with social and political stability as well as sustainable economic growth. On the contrary, Japan has been mired in a confusion period with political turbulence and economic depression. At the beginning of this year, Sino-Japanese relationship suffers because of the continual troubles stirred up by Japan. The bilateral relationship is again facing a crossroad. At this critical moment, Sino-Japanese relations will either progress or regress.
