The 3rd BFA International Capital Conference was held in Paris, France from November 22 to 24, 2011. As a sponsor of the event, Tianda Institute was also invited to attend the meeting.
The conference sessions explored a wide range of pressing issues including global economic situation and European sovereign debt crisis, reform of international monetary system, banking regulation and cross-border M&A. Vice Chairman of Boao Forum for Asia and Chief Representative of China Zeng Peiyan delivered a keynote speech at the opening ceremony, joined by former Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda, former French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin and French Minister of Economy, Finance and Industry, François Baroin. French President Nicolas Sarkozy held a gala drinks reception at the Élysée Palace and delivered a speech on Euro zone debt crisis on the evening of November 21.
This conference is the very first international cooperation program between Tianda Institute and Boao Forum for Asia, which brought positive impact to deeper mutual understanding and collaboration between the two organizations.
