As a growing economic and political power, China should play a much more active role on the international arena and make China’s diplomatic philosophy a new driving force for the healthy development of the international community. China should take the initiative in establishing more international organizations and cooperative mechanism such as Shanghai Cooperation Organization and Boao Forum, fine tune existing policies and strategies to create more favorable conditions for international organizations and institutions’ entry into China, leverage on the current international organization platform, lay out the agenda and play an active role.
