Nowadays, China is undergoing a transitional period and facing a number of internal and external challenges, which requires government officials at all levels to embrace the political ideology of “dedicating to the benefit of future generations” instead of “working for the benefit of a few”. From the perspective of national development, a country, especially a rising China should adopt a profound and all-around national strategy in the course of evolvement.
