China must make the best use of the confrontation between China and Philippine over the Huangyan Island to counterbalance America’s Asian Strategy. It is important for China to take into account not only the present but the future, not only the locality but the whole. Vigilance must be in place. If fought, the battle will be a safe bet and could reverse China’s current passive and defensive position.
