New Political Landscape in Hong Kong after the Legislative Council Election

Parties which participated in the “Five Constituencies Referendum” and the recent “Filibustering”, including People Power, League of Social Democrats and Labor Party, etc., have achieved ten seats in the legislative council election. They not only become the major power in the newly elected legislative council but also represent the opposition faction’s target shifts from winning seats to disturbing the order of the legislative council.
